    Managing the CFO\'s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
    Handling administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning and data entry.
    Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

    General administration tasks including but not limited to organizing and submitting travel expenses, including SAP updates and monthly invoice reconciliation.

    Dealing with financial paperwork including invoices.
    Performing other duties as assigned by the CFO or senior management. Required Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities): Bachelor's degree with preference in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
    Excellent command of English language.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
