Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice with Synergy Procurement Solutions, a Procurement Company based in Halifax.

Are you a proactive and creative individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing? Synergy Procurement is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential marketing skills while contributing to the growth of our business.

In addition to the main job description, your responsibilities at Synergy Procurement will also include the development of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda and policies.

This involves identifying opportunities for social and environmental impact, as well as implementing initiatives that align with our company's values and goals.

One specific program you will be involved in is our "Inspiring the Next Generation" initiative, which aims to support and empower young individuals in their education and career aspirations.

Furthermore, as Synergy Procurement embraces the use of AI technologies, you will be responsible for staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI and identifying opportunities to leverage these technologies within our organization.

This could involve exploring AI-powered solutions to optimize our procurement processes, enhance data analysis capabilities, or improve overall operational efficiency.

Your role will be instrumental in driving our CSR efforts and integrating AI technologies into our business practices.

By actively contributing to these areas, you will help shape the future direction of Synergy Procurement and contribute to our overall success.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Update and maintain the Synergy Procurement website, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
Manage our social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
Collaborate with the Synergy project team to write compelling case studies that showcase our success stories and value proposition.
Assist in updating and creating marketing collateral to effectively promote our services and solutions.
Conduct market research to identify pain points for UK business leaders and track the evolving trends in the UK procurement industry.
Conduct video interviews with Synergy staff and customers to create engaging and informative content for our marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
Good organisational skills communications skills.
Good research and analytical skills.
A creative mindset and willingness to learn.
