RG Consultancy are working with a well-established travel company based in Manchester who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work with and report to the Finance Manager.

This is a great opportunity for an already experienced Credit Controller who would like to expand their skill set further.

  • Quarterly bonus

The Role

  • To ensure the management of all aged debt
  • To ensure all debt is collected to agreed payment terms
  • Submission of credit card collection
  • Propose payment plans or debt write offs
  • Prepare direct debit collections
  • To report aged debt to management in meetings and present that appropriate action is being taken when recovering debt
  • Assist in reviewing process and implement improvements

The Person - Essential

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control position
  • Great communication skills and confident on the phone
  • Experienced in MS Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Hybrid remote in Manchester
