    NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

    The shift pattern is Monday -Friday

    This is a Fixed term post for 18 months.

    We are recruiting for the role of a Business Support Assistant within the NHSGGC Specialist Children's Services Headquarters based in Glasgow. The post forms part of the business support team and provides a comprehensive, administrative and secretarial service to the senior management team as required. The post-holder will contribute significantly to achievement of the role of the service through efficiently carrying out a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks. You must be must be flexible in approach and able to manage a variable workload effectively. It is essential to have previous experience in SSTS, excellent IT skills and meeting/minute preparation skills. Working knowledge of NHS organisation and policies is essential.
