Our Client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their growing operations team based at their Head office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

This is a full time permanent role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company.

The production department contains a CNC Machine, woodshop, small production area, and a print-room.

As Production Manager, you will oversee each of these areas, managing personnel to ensure production is happening efficiently and on-time.

Oversee all production within the company, including;
o Woodwork (CNC machine, fabrication of basic units)
Manage the Production team ensuring items are fabricated on-time and on-budget

• Manage the Warehouse Technicians, ensuring T3 fabrication and T3 rental stock is handled effectively
• Oversee shipping of all orders
• Working with the Operations Manager to track and measure staff performance and training
• Any other tasks or projects from time to time where your skills or assistance is required
