Description

My client is a leading Multi-National Lottery Operator with a leading presence in Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus and Italy.

They are currently embarking on a large scale transformation journey unparalleled in the existing market, and a once-in-a-lifetimeopportunity for anyone both within and outside the betting and gaming industry.

They are looking for an IT Sourcing Manager to help them design and implement the Procurement strategy and processes. You will build collaborative relationships with internal businesspartners and strategic relationships with suppliers.


This is a Fixed Term Contract position, which is due to end in January 2024, however there is a potential to extend or for the role to become permanent.


Main responsibilities:


  • Drive complex strategic sustainable sourcing processes in category covering IT and related IT hardware
  • Lead cross functional sourcing project teams for IT
  • Draft necessary language to translate business needs into specific requirements for contractrelated documents
  • Establish strong relationships
  • Keep up to date with trends and best practices
  • Assess supplier performance to ensure suppliers fulfil their contractual obligations

Requirements:


  • Experience sourcing and negotiating IT and all the related IT hardware, IT managed services, elements of telecoms and software
  • Extensive experience drafting, negotiating and managing supplier agreements in IT and all related IT hardware, IT managed services, telecoms and software
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contracting, and Vendor Management processes
  • Experience in sustainable procurement processes
