    Ecommerce Manager - Full-time / On-site / Leicester

    My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in innovative products and brands.

    The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrate a strong passion for team sports and our product categories.


    As an Ecommerce Manager, you will have both internal and external responsibilities, collaborating with their partner agencies, brands, and internal teams.

    You will oversee the commercial success of all ecommerce channels.

    Your role will also involve coaching administrative staff within the ecommerce team, coordinating with agencies on projects, and monitoring performance to ensure optimal results.


    Responsibilities:

    nDrive sales through daily website updates, promotions, price changes, asset management, product merchandising, page creation, and content updates.nReport daily/weekly on performance against key site metrics and KPIs.nManage the ecommerce function and execute various tasks as needed.nManage online activity for traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.nDevelop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page development.nOversee email marketing campaigns and marketing databases.nMonitor online performance of site storefronts.nReport and analyse key metrics to drive CTR and conversion rate.


    Qualifications:

    nThe right candidate will be versatile and a sports enthusiast.nThey will be a team player and able to work in an exciting, changing, and fast-paced environment.nThey should be excited about working with Shopify Plus and some of the largest sports brands in the world.nPrevious Ecommerce/Marketing experience in a similar rolenWebsite management experience using Shopify or similarnBasic understanding of coding within ShopifynStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelnExperience in online merchandising and awareness of the marketing PsnKnowledge and experience of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media.
