  • As one of our Technical Specialists, you will be taking the lead in a diverse, fastpaced, constantly evolving team. We use DevOps methodologies to deliver world class secure platforms that make a real difference to our customers. In this role, you will have devolved architectural and operational responsibility for a large subsection of the technology stack on one of our projects. You will have regular and direct customer communication, responding to their challenges while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:


  • Provide the technical direction for the build, delivery and maintenance of world class secure platforms
  • Be handson in all aspects of the design, build, deployment and support of customer facing systems
  • Employ and adapt industryleading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges
  • Work within existing monitoring, observability and security frameworks to achieve our customer's requirements

  • Have experience integrating systems, networks or software in onpremise environments

You may also have:


  • Experience in providing 3rd line support to production environments.
  • Experience writing design documents, build guides and operation procedures, sharing knowledge and enabling 1st and 2nd line support teams to operate independently.
