Enquiries Team Leader
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead our Enquiries Team.


Bush & Co is the largest single-owned case management and expert witness provider in the UK and for over 30 years has provided medico-legal and rehabilitation services to the legal sector and people following catastrophic, life-changing injuries.

We are also proud to provide care support services through Bush Care Solutions to those employing carers within the home.


We work with a network of over 200 associate case managers and expert witnesses who are highly skilled clinicians supporting the thousands of customers we service and clients we support.


Our Enquiries team are the first point of contact for those looking to use our services and drive the high volume of leads coming into the business; assisting in turning those leads into enquiries and instructions and finding the perfect match of associates for solicitors and their clients.


About the role Enquiries Team Leader


Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, first and foremost you will provide day-to-day management of the Enquiries team which is made up of five people all working towards the same goal of converting enquiries and providing outstanding, responsive customer service.

As team leader, you will understand the value the team adds in terms of the wider business goals.

You will ensure the team communicates effectively and builds rapport with solicitors and insurers as well as with our associates, in order to efficiently fill the needs of the enquiry and enhance conversion opportunities.

You will also deal with more complex enquiries and support with handling objections when they arise.


You will also be responsible for providing data and fulfilling reporting accountabilities in terms of new business enquiries and instructions, which form part of our company-wide, Board level reporting.


Working closely with the Head of Business Operations and colleagues across our operational teams you will play a key role in end-to-end process improvements where needed as well as playing a key role in stakeholder management.

Experience


We're particularly interested in hearing from those who have worked in a clinical/medical setting however this experience is not essential.


You will have a proven track record of managing and leading operational staff as well as excellent customer service skills (knowing the importance this has on our reputation and business performance) and will understand the significance of converting enquiries into instructions however not necessarily from a sales background.

It is also desirable for you to be comfortable with handling data and reporting on that data.

Good written English skills are essential to the role as well as a solution-focused mindset.
