    Our Bristol based independent law firm is looking for a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join the team at their reputable law firm.

    Their services cover a wide-range of cross-border legal issues such as corporate law, criminal law, debt collection, employment law, family law, wills and probate, and property law.

    As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients, safeguarding client interests and ensuring their affairs are managed effectively.

    Manage a caseload of private client matters, primarily focusing on probate and estate administration.
    Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on all aspects of probate, wills, and estate planning.
    Handle complex probate cases efficiently, including those involving high net worth estates, trusts, and tax planning.

    Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in probate cases to ensure effective communication and understanding of legal processes.

    Collaborate with other members of the private client team and provide support and guidance to junior colleagues when required.

    Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in private client law.
    Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Wills Act, Trusts Law, and Inheritance Act.
    Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients from diverse backgrounds.
    Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
    A member of the Law Society and Private Client Section (desirable).
    Member of the Law Societys Private Client Section (desirable).

    Proactive in conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation and case law affecting private client matters.

    Hours 9-5 pm office based
