Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

This is a chance for you to support local Minds to help realise that promise and to recognise the excellence in the Mind network.

Will you join us?

The Network Quality team assures the quality of the 110 local Minds in England and Wales through the Mind Quality Mark standard (MQM), which was co-designed with local Minds and people with lived experience of mental health problems.

The team also providessupport to help local Minds reach and exceed the MQM promoting a culture of continual improvement.

The team run the annual Mind Network Excellence Awards to celebrate the life changingwork of local Minds and support local Minds to share good practice and learning.

As Network Quality Lead you will undertake reviews of local Minds against the MQM, working with a small team of peer reviewers including people with their own lived experience.

You will also provide support to local Minds to help them meet the requirementsof MQM and support the team of peer reviewers.

If you have experience of quality assurance approaches, knowledge of good practice in areas such as governance, monitoring and evaluation, lived experience engagement and equality and diversity, have strong communication and writing skills and a flexible'can do' approach you may be just the person we are looking for
