Catering Assistant - Edinburgh, Midlothian
35 hours (1 FTE), Rota based shift pattern

Annual leave: 28days


Purpose of Role:
The Bistro Assistant will deliver service excellence to squads and facility users.
The Bistro Assistant will provide excellent counter service
The Bistro Assistant will help support squad delivery
The Bistro Assistant will maintain Bistro facility cleaning at all times
The Bistro Assistant will work to upsell Bistro items
Demonstrable ability to speak and understand English in order to follow verbal and written instructions and deal with customer/student queries
# Experience of working within a similar catering and/or cleaning environment
# Experience of operating relevant catering and/or cleaning equipment
