I am looking for
Business Development Manager /
Technical Business Development Manager /
Technical Sales Executive that is from the
Engineering & Manufacturing sector that ideally has a good knowledge of the
Machining, Metal Bending /
Formingand
Laser Cutting sectors.

Our client is a well-established Engineering business that offers a wide range of engineering services and solutions.

As
Business Development Manager /
Technical Business Development Manager /
Technical Sales Executive your primary role will be to look after and develop a range of existing customers but also search out, follow up and secure new business customers.

This is a great business with superb modern offices and 2 first class modern manufacturing facilities with new state of the art machines.

As an employee of this business, you will be part of a supportive team that always gets support from senior management and will be part of a business that is owned by the employees via the business employee ownership trust.

Ideal location**:

Midlands
Ilkeston, Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Walsall*
Basic_
Up to £45k _+ team & Business employee ownership trust performance related bonus + Car + pension + Mobile Phone + Laptop + Remote / Hybrid working + 25 days hols (plus BH 32 days total holiday)_
Ideally have handson
Technical Sales Experience primarily in
Manufacturing, Machined Components, Tooling, Pressing, Fabrication, Metal Forming or Laser Cutting

Ideally a basic knowledge of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
A confident manner with the ability to develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Experience of working within a
commercial, customer facing role is beneficial.
Be able to liaise, motivate and influence internal teams and colleagues.
Motivated to work towards and achieve sales targets.
Organised with the ability to manage your own time.
