Maintenance Manager - United Kingdom - Alaska Black

My client is a long established food manufacturing business with several sites across the UK.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager you will lead the team of 6 Engineers and 1 Apprentice, to help deliver the engineering strategy, ensuring all PPM work is completed, the plant runs efficiently, effectively and safely, at all times and co-ordinating engineering resources across the daily engineering workload to support the Operations Team and deliver site KPI targets.

You will be able to demonstrate effective leadership and coaching skills and have experience of leading and managing projects.

You will have a good understanding of engineering compliance requirements and experience of working with and developing a CMMS and PPM system and have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
You will understand and have experience of H&S compliance, preferably trained to IOSH/NEBOSH level.
You will have completed a recognised and relevant apprenticeship: preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
