The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating social media content for their clients across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as producing ad hoc graphics for the agency.
The role involves graphic design, content planning, and editing, with a focus on staying ahead of social media trends.Key Responsibilities:
Interpreting briefs and providing design guidanceGenerating creative ideas and driving art directionDesigning and visualizing content for social media platformsMaintaining quality control and ensuring uniform visual languageStaying updated on social media platforms and industry trendsCollaborating with the content team to create engaging social calendarsPresenting work confidently to clients and incorporating feedbackContributing proactively to team brainstorms and discussions
Job Requirements:
Solid experience in social media designProficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro & InDesign)Strong design, layout, typography, and motion design skillsPassion for social media and design, with an understanding of meme cultureAbility to work proactively and reactively, managing time effectivelyExperience creating content for Instagram Reels is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsCreative-minded, detail-oriented, and solutions-focusedAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlySelf-starter with great initiative
