    Job summary

    An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our growing Performance Team. We are seeking an Administrator to provide support to the teams and members of the Adult Mental Health services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

    Applicants will be expected to complete an administration Customer Service Qualification and will be required to hold 4 GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-D (including Maths and English). Applicants must not hold a level 2 or equivalent qualification in a similar subject.

    This is a fixed term post for 15 months working full time Mon-Fri, 9-5 and is an excellent introduction into the NHS gaining a valuable qualification and experience along the way.

    Main duties of the job

    You willbe part of the growing Performance Team, providing essential administrativesupport through completing a wide range of tasks.

    Theperformance team work with a variety of services providing vital performancerelated support and helping the teams achieve their Key Performance Indicatorsand targets.

    You willgain quality administrative experience, an understanding of NHS processes andsystems and a detailed understanding of the variety of Teams within the AdultMental Health Service while gaining a valuable Customer Servicequalification. You will be givensufficient time to complete this qualification and the work you complete willgo towards achieving this.

    Essential

  • 4 GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-D (including Maths and English Language*) certificates must be provided during the recruitment process if you are the successful candidate
  • Must not have a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a similar subject diploma, NVQ
  • Must meet minimum requirements of training provider

  • Willingness to undertake and satisfactorily complete the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration within 12 months

  • To have a professional appearance and be willing to adhere to the Trusts dress code.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet the demands of the post
  • Ability to work the hours required of the post on some occasions this may mean starting at 8am or finishing at dependent on the needs of the service.
