Locum Construction Contract Lawyer

Remote working

£50-65 per hour

OUTSIDE IR35

Locum Construction Contract Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Yorkshire for a period of 6 months initially and the view to extend thereafter.

The successful Construction Contract Lawyer will be;

Working as part of a team of Contract Lawyers to provide advice across a broad range of contract and procurement related issues.

Overseeing mainly Construction Contracts which will include NEC and JCTs.

Provide legal advice on issues including but not limited to Public Contract Regulations, NEC and JCT construction contracts including contract queries

You will be be part of a small committed and driven team and will be working on some interesting projects across the service.

This role can be a remote working role. Those seeking full or part time work will be considered.
