    Band D, SCP 7-11: £18,220 - £19,484 (full-time actual salary based on 32.Full-time (32.5 hours per week) or part-time
    Permanent, term time + 1 day

    We are looking to recruit an Art, Design and Technology Technician who will support the ADT Department to co-ordinate the use of the practical resources and facilities by providing assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the ADT curriculum, including liaising with teaching staff and support staff outside the department.

    Have a background in Art, Design and Technology and be self-motivated and flexible in their work;
    Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent;
    Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring young children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning;
    Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount;
    Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
    Encourage all our pupils to go beyond what they think they can achieve, to enjoy learning, helping them to lead healthy and happy lives;
    Ensure our staff are happy at work, taking pride in pupils progress and development;
    Deliver training and guidance relevant to job role so expectations are understood and staff feel motivated;
