Job Description:
We are seeking an Operational Data Insights Partner to join our ITSM Operational Intelligence function.
This is a crucial role in which you will be working closely with another Insight Partner and the Extended Leadership Team to gather requirements and provide data and insights based on areas across ITSM to identify key issues and trends.
Using a variety of data sources, you will provide a high-level overview of the different teams within ITSM and use the insights and data to produce reports and presentations, making recommendations and suggesting improvements.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage the development of insights and performance data reports.
- Design and create reports and presentations for the Extended Leadership Team.
- Work with the offshore team of analysts to deliver new and existing reports.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues in areas of responsibility across internal operations & our suppliers
- Own and deliver continuous improvement projects, support strategic goals and help to develop an automation agenda for MI.
- Support, develop & manage the delivery of the strategic vision including cultural change and projects.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of developing sustainable, insightful, automated MI reports
- Good analytical skills
- Demonstratable experience with ServiceNow preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Experience of creating presentations for stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills working within a complex matrix structure.
- Highly organised and selfmotivated.
- Awareness of IT Service Management environment
- Experience working with tools such as PowerBI, SQL and Salesforce is advantageous
- Ability to work confidently with DBAs to understand and manage the reporting environment
