    This is an exciting opportunity across the country for Personal Tutors to deliver Health & Social Care apprenticeships from levels 2 to 5.

    You will support learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing outstanding teaching and learning from day one, and guiding them to their End Point Assessment.

    You will support the learning journey through the effective use of learning resources and facilities on and off-the-job training as required.

    The IT apprenticeship tutor will run and deliver apprenticeship programmes in the IT field across the UK.

    The role will require the successful candidate to have a good understanding of the delivery of the Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship standards.

    Tutors will also be responsible for mentoring learners during their work placements and ensuring they are in a safe environment where they can progress and learn.

    Prepare and produce scheme of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team.
    Assess learners' performance in the workplace.
    Deliver training on a 1:1 or group basis – face-to-face or online

    Deliver inclusive and high-quality courses, materials and opportunities to all learners, and actively seek to eliminate any indirect or direct discriminatory practice or behaviours.

    Training & Compliance

    Comply with the internal quality assurance strategy in order to ensure that assessments are delivered to a high standard.

    Undertake appropriate training as identified through the observation and line management process.

    Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) .
