We at Outsource are seeking a highly skilled Senior PLM Configuration Engineer to join the dynamic team on a 12-month contract basis at BAE Systems.

This role involves specialized work in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, focusing on configuration management to support our engineering and manufacturing processes.

Ensure the integrity and functionality of PLM configurations across various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PLM configurations with business goals.
Lead projects to optimize PLM processes and system improvements.
Document configuration processes and results, providing clear reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Proven experience in PLM tools configuration, particularly in a defense, aerospace, or similar industrial sector.
Strong understanding of engineering processes and systems lifecycle management.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to configuration management.
