The Company
I'm working with a UK business who are used by millions of customers every year Over the last 12 months, they have embarked on a HUGE digital transformation, and have hired a brand new leadership team from the likes of Deliveroo, Sky, John Lewis and GoCompare, so they are now on a journey to becoming truly product-led
They look after approximately 25m appliances per year, for 18m customers worldwide. They look after the entire aftercare journey, from insurance and warranty, to claims and repairs.
They have recently secured significant private equity investment to kickstart an exciting and transformative business plan, seeking to enhance the digitalisation of customer journeys, introduce cutting-edge generative AI to their platform, increase their product portfolio, and enhance their international expansion. That's where you come in
The Role
They are looking for a Product Owner to join the team. This role has a BA element (process driven responsibilities) but you will also write complex user journeys and lead the scrum team.
They've recently launched in the U.S., so you will have the opportunity to build products on a global scale As their Product Owner, you will work alongside a talented team on a variety of high profile projects so it's the perfect time to join and make an impact
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner working in an agile environment
Background as a Business Analyst
Familiarity with B2B integrations (third parties) and working with APIs
Great stakeholder management skills to contribute to better relationships within the business
