    Position: Logistics Co-ordinator
    Location: South Bristol
    Start Date: ASAP
    Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week
    Pay Rate: £14.35 per hour

    Our client in South Bristol is seeking a part-time Shipping Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. Parking on-site. Working in a small and friendly team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handling spare part orders with couriers, including generating necessary paperwork.
    • Communicating with customers to address any queries they may have.
    • Approving invoices from suppliers.
    • Providing information related to spare parts.
    • Managing inbound calls and emails.
    • Updating the internal database as needed.
    Experience Required:
    • Previous experience in a shipping/ logistics coordination role preferred.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient use of MS Windows applications.
