The Role of the Insurance Claims Handler:

You will be joining an existing team and responsible for your own caseload and delivering high levels of customer service.

You'll act as an important point of contact between insurance companies, policy holders, and the internal team. Your ability to prioritiseyour own workload and manage multiple cases will be utilised daily. Any complaints should be actioned and reported internally to the relevant teams to achieve a swift and agreeable resolution. Collecting outstanding information, claims details, and excesspayments from either insurers or clients will also fall into your remit. This is a Mon-Fri role, working 37.5 hours per week.

In this customer facing role, you will be joining an existing team of advisors and handlers. You'll need to be organised, us your initiative, and a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressfulsituations.

  • Able to access the Huntingdon office daily

The Package for the Insurance Claims Handler:
