- Assist with competitive tenders for Civils (groundworks, utilities, foundations) and fit-out for a varied client base.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain comparable and comprehensive proposals. Create and maintain a database of approved subcontractors in collaboration with our Procurement Department.
- Provide support to Pre-Construction Department for pricing additional items, variations, and alternative rates for ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing information, quotes, and historical data for future reference.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties in the estimation process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Suitable experience working with estimating software packages.
- Advantage if there is experience with datacentre projects in other sectors.
- Time management skills and flexibility for planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Good working skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good working skills in Navisworks or similar 3D software.
