    We have a great role for a Reception Manager/Team Assistant to join an investment firm based in the West End. This is an immediately available role with the potential to extend to a permanent hire.

    Key duties:
    • Manage the front of house desk
    • Meeting and greeting clients
    • Maintaining meeting room calendars
    • Travel booking
    • Organising files
    • Adhoc project work


    Key attributes:
    • Proactive team player
    • Strong computer skills
    • Second language is a bonus
    • Previous experience within property is a plus
