Your role as a Helpdesk Advisor:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our established
Helpdesk Team as a
Helpdesk Advisor, aiding in the delivery of our professional services contract.
Reporting into the Helpdesk Team Leader, our team of advisors are the backbone of our function, providing seamless support to many sites for any maintenance/cleaning issues they are facing or help with general building management.
As a
Helpdesk Advisor you will centre your attitude around providing excellent customer service whilst using your intuition and logic to provide quality and consistent support to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately record caller details, problem severity, and relay information to Maintenance Teams to provide support.
- Maintain high accuracy in information gathering and inputting.
- Ensure all Helpdesk calls are received, recorded, and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
- Monitor planned and reactive maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and take remedial action for timely task completion.
