    Job Introduction

    Sodexo is hiring dedicated Security Officers in Leeds, LS11 8DT. If you are a vigilant professional with a commitment to safety and security, then we want you to be part of our organisation Join our team and contribute to maintaining a secure and safe environment for all

    What you'll do:

    • Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
    • Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
    • Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
    • Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
    • Enforce company policies and procedures
    • Complete details reports on incidents and observations

    What you bring:

    • You must have an in date SIA Licence
    • Proven experience as a security officer or relevant positions
    • Strong observational and communication skills
    • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
    • Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures
