    Reasonable Adjustments Team Administration Support
    Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust

    Are you highly motivated and keen to provide administrative support to a newly formed Trustwide pilot project? The position is fixed term until end of May 2025.

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting staff and managers with adjustments for staff with disabilities or long term health conditions in the workplace.

    You will support the team manager to set up the systems and processes by providing a comprehensive administration service for a centralised reasonable adjustments team.

    You will be pivotal in setting up systems across the Trust, working closely with both internal teams and external organisations supporting the development of streamlined processes to monitor timely and effective reasonable adjustments being implemented.

    You will have experience of setting up new systems, and have knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 , particularly in regards to disability and supporting staff in the workplace.

    You will also possess highly developed organisational and administration skills. This will include being a confident user of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, word and PowerPoint applications.

    Working as part of a small equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights team you will provide administration support to this exciting new project, supporting the Project Manager in ensuring that key deliverables are identified and met.

    You will triage, provide and signpost staff and managers to appropriate support using initiative and your gained knowledge of the project area.

    You will support in the production of reports, action plans and be responsible for accurate and sensitive data collection and administration processes.

    A key aspect to the success of this role will be your compassion and empathic communication skills, underpinned by expertise gained in this field which will allow you to objectively support staff and managers.

    As part of the Equality, Diversity and Human Rights team you be a key member of the pilot with the ability to influence the systems and processes that are implemented.

    To provide administrative and organisational support for a project and related workstreams. To act as a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries about the project. To maintain and update the information libraries and databases for the project, providing summary reports as required.

    Level 3 Qualification in relevant field (e.g.

    Apprenticeship in Business Administration; T-level in Management and Administration; GCSE /O Level Maths & English Grade C (4) or above or equivalent e.g.

    Functional Skills Level 2
    Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management
    Level 2 or equivalent in administration/customer service (e.g. Apprenticeship)
    Experience of working with Microsoft Office to create and maintain data/spreadsheets
    Experience of inputting data accurately and in a timely manner
    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 In depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
