    The home

    Blair House Care Home is a registered nursing home with a newly opened mental health unit. The home has a total of 85 beds: 21 mental health, 20 residential dementia, 15 nursing dementia and 29 frail and elderly nursing.

    The Role

    Within this role you will be required to undertake and manage all aspects of resident's care through the assessing, planning and evaluating of the care needs of each individual.

    About The Role

    Main Responsibilities

    • Delivering person centred care to each resident
    • Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date
    • To offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
    • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
    • Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements

    Desired Criteria

    • Valid UK NMC pin
    • A right to work in the UK
    • Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
    • Access NI clearance
