    Seeking a talented Billing and Credit Manager to lead a team of 8 controllers, drive system improvements, implement change management strategies, and foster relationships with valued commercial customers.

    The company has seen very fast growth both by acquisition and organic growth and has enjoyed a growing EBITDA. This multi-faceted organisation, is a group of companies and would require the individual to have the ability to unify acquired teams and organisations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a team of 8 controllers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Spearheaded system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing and credit processes.
    • Drive change management initiatives to streamline procedures and optimize workflows.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are promptly addressed.
    • Ensure continuous improvement and sustain high levels of billing accuracy.
    • Reduce DSO, minimise bad debt and continue to foster strong relationships with vital customers.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in billing & credit management and team management.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
    • Proficiency in implementing system enhancements and process improvements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing client relationships.
    • Change management expertise to drive organisational transformation effectively.
    • Frequent travel to remote sites to help build team performance.
