Senior ServiceNow Developer £95,000 - £100,000 + Up to 25% bonus + Excellent benefits

A global, British FTSE250 financial company are looking to recruit a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and support on their ServiceNow roadmap.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the continual service improvement backlog, with a fortnightly measure on progress and deliverable elements.
  • Ensure that there is a reliable mechanism and process to allow for the configuration / customisation of the Service Now system, including creating workflows, UI, client scripts, business rules and asset discovery.
  • Work closely with the product owner to create and deliver a technical ServiceNow Roadmap for the business.
  • Ensure there is an automated and improving approach to allow for frictionless service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing theservice.
  • Utilise scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create automate tasks within ServiceNow.
  • Provision of Technical and Service report writing and dashboard creation for team leads to drive down Incidents and see visible trends.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Five year's development experience within ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrable expert knowledge and skills to create capabilities to drive Selfservice and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration, Integration Hub).
  • ServiceNow implementation and development experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue/ Request Fulfilment, CMDB & Asset/Procurement).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites.
  • ITSM, GRC, CSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB and Integration Hub Experience.
  • Experience with REST API, SOAP & JSON, JAMF.
  • Scripting knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, Angular.
JS, CSS and bootstrap.

  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow Self-Service Portals.
  • Proven track record of integrating 3rd party services into ServiceNow.

Package:

  • Salary flexible (£95,000 £100,000)
