We are recruiting a Financial Controller for one of the world's leading suppliers of innovative and performance-driven carbon neutral solutions into the Oil & Gas, Renewable and Mining Sectors.

The business which was established 20 years ago has investedsignificantly in R&D to develop innovative, high performance solutions which provide its customers with exceptional performance, environmental benefits and cost savings.

They are growing at an almost exponential rate and so now requires a Financial Controller to support the Finance Director and work very closely with the Operations Director.

The role will provide mentoring and support for a finance team of three and will take responsibility for all management and financial accounting for the business.

In the first instance it with be extensively involved in cash flow forecasting, managementreporting and working with operations to build a clear oversight of stock and its movements.

There will also be a focus on developing the use of the new financial system (Sage 200) and building robust business processes that will provide effective governanceas the company scales.
