An opportunity has become available to join Disney's EMEA Content Sales team as a Senior Deal Management Executive


This role offers an exciting opportunity within the Content Sales team responsible for selling Disney's extensive content library (including Disney, 20th Century Fox, and National Geographic) across linear and transactional channels, such as TV channels or online stores.

You will alongside a Senior Manager to provide pre-and post-sales support for the UK & Nordic team across all media.

The experience we require from you

  • Interpretation of deal terms, creating and maintaining territory frameworks, accurately recording deal information, and collaborating closely with team members and other departments to trigger all postsales activities.
  • Interpreting regional guidelines to adjust and implement holdbacks and windowing strategies as necessary at each stage of the content lifecycle on behalf of the territories.
  • Pre-Sales: Create availability lists for Sales, manually adjusting system output to reflect current parameters and title specificities alongside specialist requirements for the territories.
  • Pre-Sales: Identify outstanding client selections, Life of Series commitments and TBA availability dates, independently managing and communicating Life of Series confirmations to all clients, collaborating with other EMEA Deal Management Executives to determine fee and system structure for clients.
  • Pre-Sales: Partake in and lead fortnightly calls with tech servicing in relation to availability, alerting them to pipeline deals and upcoming releases to ensure timely materials delivery, addressing and/or escalating to sales any materials issues as they arise.
  • Pre-Sales: Meet with clients at screenings and/or sales meetings outside of the office where appropriate, building a strong client relationship both online and in person.
  • Post-Sales: Leading Post-Sales Coordination
  • Postsales: Work with Sales and Legal team members to gather information about deals, interpreting the information recording details of the deal in the system, accurately updating client, product availability and other relevant data.
  • Postsales: Manage windowing for larger deals across multiple medias or territories, managing split and shared (multiclient) windowing in territory.
  • Use expertise relating to deals closed in territory, aid annual and quarterly forecasting/budget processes for Nordics, identifying missing deals, checking revenue phasing, basic forecasting for contractual commitments.
