Assist the company in achieving its strategic goals relating to revenue.


MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Develop sales strategies to expand relationships with existing clients, including
expanding our reach into overseas markets through existing customers.
Conduct market research into new customers and/or market segments that
can be explored. May include market trend analysis, government investments,
terminal expansion plans, customer maintenance budget reviews etc.
Identify new opportunities and open the door with new customers.
Identify correct contacts and establish scope of opportunity, processes etc. through
marketing campaigns, cold callings, presentations etc.
Attend exhibitions/trade shows/presentations as required, including in the UK
and overseas.
Conduct sales analysis and reporting. KPI tracking. Resource allocation.
Compete PQQs and get us onto frameworks, approved supplier lists etc.
Development of website and management of social media platforms and
google analytics to maximum online enquiries.
Management of online portals, business development platforms etc.
Management of enquiry register.
Generate leads, pass enquiries on to Estimator/Projects Manager.
Be actively involved in strategy and sales meetings. Bring new ideas to the
table.
Actively engage in creating road maps to achieving sales targets, putting
in place milestones etc.

Develop and grow the business.
Manage a sales team.
Autonomy in developing business.
Technical training in surface preparation, protective coatings & tank linings.
Training in estimating and project management.
