This is an opportunity for an active outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills, strong team leadership and all-around organisational skills who is happy working in a fast paced, customer facing environment and who wants to join an establishedbusiness in Thame near Aylesbury.
You will be needed to work 5 days a week one of which will include a day at the weekend.
Hours for the Manager 9.15am to 6.15pm
As a Manager you will be overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, being positive and uplifting to the rest of the team.
- General administration tasks.
- Ensure all check lists are adhered to.
- Stock checks and ordering.
- Maintaining good customer service levels at all times.
- Making weekly and monthly staff rotas.
- Calculation of hours worked and approving holidays.
- Calculating end of day sales figures.
- Regular Health and safety checks.
