Role:
Service Support Co-Ordinator

Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour

Location:
Sheffield

Hours:
Monday-Friday

Duration of assignment:
Temporary-Permanent

The Role:

Provide excellent customer service by responding and dealing with service requests from customers
To plan engineer workload & route planning
Maintain stock levels within the parts and service department and record accurately on our Profit plus & Protean software systems
Liaise with sales, parts, warehouse and other internal teams
Maintain effective communication with clients to promote great customer service, whilst managing expectations
To achieve and maintain the Service Level Agreements with customers and clients
