We are on the hunt for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a lively, professional Transformation team in a growing business on the outskirts of Northampton.

This role is an ideal opportunity to support the delivery of operational projects, focused on IT, process and operational change and transformation, while fully embracing the company culture in this hybrid role.

What you'll be doing:

You will be supporting the delivery of a variety of projects, reporting to the Transformation Manager.

You will ensure projects keep on track, be a central point of contact and use your knowledge of project management best practice to support the team.


In addition, you'll get to:

  • Manage the agile delivery of endtoend business change projects.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Implement and maintain project documentation.
  • Scope and create detailed project plans and assign task owners
  • Identify obstacles, dependencies, and priorities, resolving and escalating issues.
  • Document, track, and chase actions.
  • Organise project meetings and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and plans and so much more

What we look for:


  • Experience of coordinating and delivering business projects.
  • Proven ability in writing project plans, roadmaps, and Gantt charts
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Awareness and understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Selfstarters, who can organise and prioritise work with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to engage, and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent administration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project etc.)
