We are looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will support our small finance and payroll team and report directly to the Directors.

For the right person there are opportunities to progress within our organisation.

The workload will be varied and the key duties will involve but are not limited to:

Co-ordinating and supporting the finance team
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Assisting with annual audits
Assisting with HR queries, administration, payroll and pensions
Produce reconciliations and reports
VAT returns
Bank reconciliations
Processing customer and supplier invoices
Finance administration
Research and developments as required by the finance department
Maintaining laws and regulations that affect the company
Ability to assist with other ad hoc duties and covering for staff absences as and when required

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be proactive, conscientious, flexible and comfortable working to timescales.
