As our Social Lead, you'll create and manage various online platforms, producing effective strategies and bespoke content plans for both B2B and B2C audiences.

You will be researching, planning, creating, updating, designing, scheduling, publishing and managing content across Share to Buy's existing accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), continuing to grow our online social media following (currently 39,000 across all platforms).

This is a newly created role within our Content team and you will be working closely with our Head of Brand & Content, contributing towards marketing campaigns, social promotion of events and working with external agencies, influencers and content creators where required.

Competitive Salary:

Global Experience :

You will be a creative and strategic thinker with experience in a social media and/or content role.
Fluent command of English with exceptional written skills for diverse audiences.
Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
A creative eye, able to convey the brand values and aesthetics across all relevant platforms.
Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Proactive, creative and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
Experience creating strategies and content plans for a variety of social media platforms is essential.

Familiarity with design whether through SaaS platforms such as Canva or using software like InDesign and Photoshop is required.
