    Description
    Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursing Home Manager looking for your next career move? An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast-growing company in the North East, known for its high-quality care environments and dedicated team.
    The role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 and an enticing bonus scheme that can reach up to £15,000, based on performance, meeting KPIs and compliance. The successful candidate will benefit from full training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction, and other management incentives.
    Our client has been successfully operating care homes in the Northeast and beyond for over 20 years, specialising in dementia care. The company is rapidly emerging as one of the North East's most successful entities.
    As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • The overall day-to-day running of the care home.
    • Ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
    • Conducting staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinary procedures.
    • Understanding and working with budgets and KPIs.
    Package and Benefits:
    As a Home Manager, you will receive:
    • A comparative salary of up to £50,000 and a bonus scheme up to £15,000 (KPI Dependent)
    • DBS paid by the company.
    • NMC revalidation costs reimbursed.
    • 22 days holiday, increasing by 1 per year until it reaches 25 (plus 8 bank holidays).
    • Pension contribution.
    • Free on-site parking.
    The ideal Home Manager candidate should have:
    • Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting
    • A at least of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
    • NMC Pin is essential
    • Excellent management qualities.
    • The ability to be organised and manage others.
    • Excellent communication skills.
