Job Summary
Our client continues to grow and requires a self-motivated individual.

The broad purpose of the job is to create and manage engaging content online and offline to help convert and retain new and existing customers.

Any experience within the financial tradingand investment industry would be beneficial but is not a requirement.


The work will also include assisting our digital agency with content and copy for digital adverts, managing content and SEO driven copy for our website and uploading images and modifying pages.

The job is hybrid working with up to 2 days per week in our offices in Cranfield technology Park.


Role & responsibilities

  • Create, plan (with a 6week rolling schedule) and manage engaging content for organic social, aligned with our social media strategy, across all the firm's social media channels.
  • Assist our digital marketing agency with content for digital adverts using the firm's brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the management of the website including writing engaging SEOdrive copy, modifying pages, uploading imagery, and improving user experience.
  • Provide data analytics on all aspects of organic social. Provide monthly KPI reports on audience engagement and conversions.
  • Experience in digital marketing. Ideally 34 Years
  • Independent, creative, organised, analytical and forward thinking.
  • Good communications skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team or alone

  • A flexible working approach to respond to changing circumstances and demands. Flexible working from home and office.

HOURS:
Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 at home)


Salary & BENFITS:

£25,000 to £35,000 per year - DOE. Plus discretionary annual performance bonus
