We are busy and rapidly expanding agency based in Salford and covering all of Greater Manchester, looking for an ambitious, customer service focused Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

This role involves work both in and out of our Salford office, including:

Preparing tenancy paperwork
Property viewings
Property photography
Carrying out inventories and inspections

You can expect a basic salary of £19,500 - £22,000 along with uncapped commissions.

Requirements:

Customer service experience
Full UK driving licence and insured for business purposes
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skillsWe are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and expanding lettings team based in Liverpool.

The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience of lettings and property management.

The job role encompasses all aspects of lettings and property management.

You will be dealing with the day to day running of our rental properties including property viewings, property inspections, move ins, check outs and everything in between.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well as part of the team but also independently in a fast paced environment.

A full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for business use is essential.
