Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service support to customers over the phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Record customer information accurately in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issue.

Salary:
£22,548.00-£25,789.00 per year
