    Social Media Manager | Up to £30k | Hybrid wfh/office (London)

    Premier Sports have partnered with a digital media brand featuring some of the most well know names across rugby and the wider sporting world, that are looking for Social Media Manager to join their team with a dedicated focus on one of their brand's social content strategy.

    The Company:

    • Founded in 2020 by some of the most well respected ex-athletes in the rugby world
    • The biggest rugby show that combines the sporting world with wider pop-culture, engaging and maximising a wider audience
    • Rapidly expanding social channels, from a podcast, to live shows, content and commercial partnerships
    • London based office, with flexible hybrid model

    The Role:

    • Specific focus on one of the company's partners, created by the founders
    • Work across design, production, and campaign management teams
    • Project management and delivery of all social content campaigns of the brand, integrating wherever possible with the core business content & events
    • Organise content calendar, and create & develop content (organic & paid) to develop an overall narrative and brand story
    • Strategic direction on type of content, as well as managing and publishing across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc)
    • Tracking performance metrics of posts, as well as paid media campaigns and media budgets
    • Designing graphics, social copywriting, social live streaming, video editing, web page upkeep, and running competitions across social channels to maximise engagement
    • Attendd weekly client meetings with agencies
    • Global planning to enter new markets to maximise engagement
    • Working with talent to share content across channels, attending shoots and events to capture additional content
    • Report to Head of Content on monthly & quarterly reports and strategy performance

    Requirements:

    • 2yrs+ Social Media experience
    • Proven track record and evidence of highly creative social content campaigns
    • Experience in Premiere Pro & Photoshop
    • Analytical view of content & great writing skills (clear, impactful, engaging captions)
    • Ability to manage schedules
    • Interest in sport is a MUST
