Role:
Customer experience executive


Hybrid:
Manchester City Centre, 2 days a week


Salary:
£23k - £27k DOE


This e-commerce business is building a new department meaning you can bring ideas and put your own stamp on the position.

How should you interact with a customer? What is the best form of communication? What works best?


These are the sort of questions that will help this department succeed and you will be first in line for promotion and growth when you get these questions right and the department works well.


Having recently restructured all departments across the business to keep its thinking beyond its competitors, this business wants to make its customer feedback essential to how the business operates moving forwards.


You can be assured the work that you do and the data that you provide to the business will help generate change and give you the experience of what makes an eCommerce company's customers interested and engaged which will open many paths for you to use datain customer success, digital marketing, and company performance.


What you need:
Ideal for someone with good written English. This can be with previous experience in copywriting or a degree in English Literature, Language or History degree.

Would suit someone interested in Sports or digital communication.
