    Principal Consultant with a specialism in Organizational strategy, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, and aligning people strategy to business strategy to achieve operational business goals?

    Travel expected across the UK for client visits and overnight stays to maximise the face to face interaction on site.

    You'll bring Consulting expertise gained within a consulting environment and be keen to utilise and develop these further.

    You'll be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achieving HR transformation, workforce planning, culture transformation and being people centric in your approach.

    We meet our clients where they are – so you must be prepared to travel to clients weekly which will mean overnight stays away from home.

    If you have expertise in helping transform organizations through organizational redesign, cost reduction, organizational effectiveness and re-modelling, we'd love to hear from you.

    You'll also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of working alongside Trade Unions (where applicable) to achieve the best outcome and transformation.

    You'll thrive on driving meaningful change to ensure sustainability and help future proof organizations as demands from both employees and the markets increase.

    You'll help us raise the bar for client impact, and mentor colleagues to do the same.

    Provide technical expertise and delivery in areas including organizational strategy, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, organizational design, job architecture, career mobility, talent paths, job evaluation, competency modelling, performance and rewards management.


    • Create powerful partnerships with clients based on quality and trust, providing credible counsel on the decisions to drive change.
    • Education to Bachelor degree level
    ~Expertise in organisational design and re-structuring, and related areas of organisational development such as job analysis and evaluation, reward, as well as project and change management.
    ~ Experience of working to demanding deadlines in a project-driven environment.
