    Our client is looking for a experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Department in St Mellon
    5 years within a Accounts Assistant / Finance role


    • Purchase ledger experience
    • Credit control experience
    • Confident and experienced in Excel
    Input purchase ledger invoices for approval onto Access Financials system


    • Allocate payments against outstanding invoices and credits
    • Raise queries with the Credit Control manager
    • Process expense and mileage returns from the sales team (Excel)
    • Raise ad-hoc invoices to suppliers for product support services
    • 21 days per annum plus bank holidays
