Job description:


We are currently working with a
Coventry based not for profit organisation who are looking to appoint a
HR & Recruitment Advisor on a
permanent basis.


Due to start as soon as possible, the role is a
full time position (36.5 hours) and the salary is up to
£33,476 (DOE).



Daily duties will include:


  • Providing recruitment support to hiring managers and guiding colleagues on HR policies
  • Ensuring contracts, terms and conditions and offer letters are correctly issues
  • Supporting the HR Director in delivering resource plans
  • Carrying out end to end recruitment for permanent and student staff
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and diversity standards
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and D&I statistics
  • Preparing recruitment reports with recommendations
  • Offering support to line managers on employee relations and absence management

Experience required:


  • End to end recruitment
  • Confident in providing HR advice
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working pattern:


  • 36.5 hours


  • Monday

  • Friday
