    What will you be doing?

    As a 360 recruitment consultant, you'll undergo comprehensive training from day one and begin your journey with a 12-week training schedule fully supported by your Manager and team.

    Specialize in one of our divisions including Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management, or Tech. Provide expert advice, guidance, and consultation to clients and candidates across all levels.

    Establish relationships with clients from various organizations using different business development methods such as telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits.

    Source, screen, short-list, and provide guidance to candidates across all levels in your specific sector using a variety of tools.

    Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload alongside your team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on key performance indicators.

    Collaborate with your team members, clients, and candidates, upholding our core values of collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
